You can now select and start your shed order directly through our website. Once you complete the checkout process, no payment is taken online — your order details are simply submitted to us so we can prepare your formal quote or contact you to discuss your build in more detail.
During the quotation process, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your quote before moving forward. Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin construction, with the remaining balance due upon completion. You can choose to pay by cash, check, or any major credit card, and we also offer financing options that can be discussed at the time of quoting.
This process ensures full transparency, flexibility, and peace of mind before any payment is made.

We offer both 10×10 and 12×12 sheds to give you the perfect amount of space for your projects – whether you want to declutter your home, securely store equipment, or create a new hobby workspace. We Also offer sheds of other sizes and can build custom.
Each shed is built with quality materials and we handle everything from design to installation, making it easy for you to get the extra space you need.
Every shed is personally built by me, Anthony, the owner, alongside Jamie Policz, a licensed North Carolina General Contractor (GC LIC #63008) with over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. From new residential developments to large commercial builds, Jamie brings a wealth of expertise, and together, we’ve found the perfect fit in shed construction.
10×10 Sheds (100 sq ft):
A compact powerhouse for storage. This size can comfortably hold a small lawn mower, one or two bikes, and several garden tools. It’s ideal for tidying up your garage, storing lawn and garden equipment, or even setting up a small workshop or craft “she-shed.” Despite its smaller footprint, a 10×10 shed provides ample room to organize seasonal items and tools, keeping your property clutter-free.
12×12 Sheds (144 sq ft):
Our 12×12 sheds offer nearly 50% more space and open up bigger possibilities. Need to shelter larger equipment like a riding mower or ATV? No problem – a 12×12 can handle it. With its spacious interior, you can even create a home office, gym, or hobby studio with room to spare. This size is perfect if you’re looking to store big items (ladder, wheelbarrow, snowblower) and still have workspace left for a bench or shelves. It’s truly a versatile mini-garage or workshop in your backyard.
