Our Custom Build Process

Every custom project starts with a conversation.
We’ll discuss your vision, property layout, design preferences, and any special requirements like electrical prep, insulation, or greenhouse glasswork.

  • Quick Estimate (Free): We can often provide a rough price range with a brief 10- to 15-minute phone call.
  • On-Site Consultation & Design Quote: For detailed scoping, material selection, and permitting evaluation, we charge a non-refundable $785 design and consultation fee.

This fee covers our time, expertise, and the development of a detailed build plan customized for your property and county requirements.


If you decide to move forward with the project, the $785 is applied directly toward your project deposit.
